Who We Are

Water Daisy is developed and operated by Level Headed Ventures, LLC, a New York State limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Level Headed Ventures, LLC.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. Water Daisy stores your hydration tracking data — including daily water intake logs, daisy garden history, and app preferences — entirely on your device using local storage (SQLite). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Usage analytics are collected separately as described in the Analytics section below.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.

Subscription & Payment Data

Water Daisy offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.).

We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier from Apple to confirm your entitlement. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Analytics

Water Daisy uses PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how users interact with the app. PostHog collects usage events (such as app opens, onboarding steps completed, and water logging activity), device information (device type, operating system version, and app version), and an anonymous identifier that is generated on first launch. This data is used solely to improve the app experience and is never sold to third parties. PostHog data is stored on PostHog's servers and is subject to PostHog's privacy policy (posthog.com/privacy). You can contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your analytics data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal or hydration data with any third parties. Anonymous usage analytics are shared with PostHog solely for the purpose of improving the app, as described in the Analytics section above. Your hydration data remains on your device and is never accessible to us.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your hydration data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the app. If you delete the Water Daisy app, all locally stored data is permanently removed. You may also reset your data within the app's Settings at any time.

Children's Privacy

Water Daisy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect personal information from any user. Anonymous usage analytics collected via PostHog do not include names, email addresses, or any other identifiers that would allow us to identify a child.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
